Misha Muse is our new loyalty program, a tier-based loyalty program designed to offer a new shopping experience.

There are four tiers to move through. As you reach higher tiers, you’ll unlock access to higher rewards and new benefits.

Your tier status is reviewed each 12 months from the date of your account creation. You’ll remain in your tier for 12 months, or have the opportunity to move up to a higher tier based on your spend. If you do not maintain your spend, you will downgrade to the relevant tier based on your last 12 months spend.

If you have shopped with MISHA previously, a loyalty account will automatically be created for you. You’ll be able to login HERE, using the details you have used to checkout reviously.

If you return an order, the spend allocated towards your reward tier will automatically be deducted.
