We always aim for make sure our customers love our products. However, if you do need to return an item, please note that there is a time frame of 14 days from delivery to return your item.

We do also strictly advise that all returned items must be in their original condition and unworn, with swing tags attached and a proof of purchase showcased.

To return your online order, simply visit the MISHA Returns Portal. This process will prompt you to enter your order number and phone number, alongside further prompts. MISHA supplies the returns label, by which pricing is allocated to the consumer returning their chosen item.

You may select a refund or exchange for all or some of your items. If selecting exchange, specify the item you would like. If your chosen item is not available, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement, full refund or credit note.

Full price change of mind or incorrect sizing orders returned unworn, in their original condition, with swing tags attached can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of their delivery date. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

Full priced items purchased on promotion are eligible for an exchange or credit note only.

Change of mind Sale items do not qualify for a refund, unless the item is faulty. For an item to qualify as a faulty product, this needs to be assessed by out customer care team. Faulty items can be exchanged or returned for a credit note, excluding cost of shipping.

Faulty items will be assessed by our Customer Care team, by which you are requited to send detailed images of the fault.

Faulty items need to be returned within a reasonable timeframe (which may depend on the circumstances of the fault). 

Faulty items can be exchanged or returned for a credit note, excluding cost of shipping.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review.

Once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges), credit note, or refund on the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.

You will receive email notification once your return is processed, this will occur within 5-7 working days of receiving your return; please also allow an additional 1-2 working days for the funds to reach your account, depending on your payment method.

All items purchased on sale can be returned within the 14 day delivery date, strictly under an exchange or credit note.

All sale items must be under the original purchase condition, unworn, with swing-tags attached, accompanied with a proof of purchase.

Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels.
We always recommend using a registered post and to keep hold of your tracking number to avoid missing parcels.

All returns need to be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery. This means 10 days from tracking showing the order as being delivered. 

All items need to be returned new, unused and with all designer and brand tags attached. All returns need to be inline with our Returns Policy above.

MISHA does not currently offer free returns, however we provide a $9.95 returns label, should you process your return through our Returns Portal.

Yes, we ship all over the world. To purchase international orders, please visit us.mishaworld.com as the Australian website can only process domestic and New Zealand online orders.

MISHA aims to delivery your items as soon as possible.

Metro regular deliveries will arrive within 3-10 business days from the date of shipment, regional deliveries may take an additional 2-4 days.

Metro express deliveries will arrive within 1-4 business days from the date of shipment, regional and international deliveries may take an additional 2-4 days.

A sale item is any product that is discounted within the Sale Collection, or alternatively discounted through a promotional campaign.

A final sale item is any product that has been placed under a strict final sale promotional campaign, such as an Online Warehouse Sale; by which this product is strictly unable to be returned, exchanged or refunded. Therefore Final Sale products need to be purchased with heavy consideration.

MISHA strictly does not return, exchange, refund or credit note any Final Sale items.
