Shipping & Deliveries

Each MISHA order is dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse with care. Once your order is placed, a confirmation email is sent to your nominated address; a tracking number follows at dispatch.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express with rates calculated at checkout, typically arriving within 3–8 business days depending on destination.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12pm AEST are dispatched the same business day. During sale periods, please allow an additional 1–2 days for processing. In the event of any delay, you will be notified by email.

Tracking & Delivery

  • A unique tracking link is sent to your nominated email once your order ships.
  • All deliveries must be signed for — please ensure someone is available between 9am and 6pm, or provide a business address.
  • We are unable to deliver to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses; such orders may be subject to cancellation.

Duties & Taxes

International duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery. Prepaid taxes and duties are not refunded by MISHA — should you return an item, please contact your local customs office to obtain any refund.
