Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be entirely happy with your MISHA pieces. Enter your order details below to begin a return or exchange.
Returns Period
Australian customers — returns and exchanges are accepted with proof of purchase on items received within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
Conditions
- Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free from imperfections, with all tags attached.
- Garments showing signs of wear, makeup, fragrance or damage will not be accepted.
- Full-priced items, including those purchased with the welcome discount, are eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note.
- Sale items and items purchased with a promotional code are not eligible for a refund; they may be exchanged or returned for a credit note.
- MISHA does not provide a return label unless the item is deemed faulty. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, excluding the original shipping cost. Exchanged items are re-sent at MISHA's cost; original return postage is non-refundable. Prepaid taxes and duties are not refunded by MISHA — please contact your local customs office for any duty refund.
